Kayaking trip 3h
We will explore the beautiful nature of Lake Päijänne from a kayak, led by a guide. We will travel to a sheltered spot for a coffee break, during which we can also take a dip in Lake Päijänne. Perhaps we will see a white-tailed eagle guarding its territory or hear the call of a black-necked heron.

Day kayaking trip
The tour takes you around Salonsaari Island on Lake Päijänne. Along the way, we will enjoy a picnic lunch, take a swim break, and enjoy coffee in the lap of nature. We will admire the purity of Lake Päijänne and learn about local stories led by a guide.

- Difficulty: suitable for people with some kayking experience
The trip includes:

Over night kayking trips
We paddle with a guide according to the group’s wishes, enjoying the clean Päijänne. There is time for swimming, bonfires and stories. We spend the night in a million-star hotel, surrounded by nature. We paddle according to the group’s wishes and skill level.

We paddle under the guidance of a guide according to the group’s wishes, enjoying the clean lake Päijänne. There is time for swimming, bonfires and stories. We spend the nights in a million-star hotel, surrounded by nature. We paddle according to the group’s wishes and skill level.

Guided kamping trips in the forest
A guided forest trip into the heart of nature is perfect for a quiet day or for a larger group of travelers. We travel together to the forest, where you can enjoy the surroundings while drinking coffee and eating salmon soup. The duration of the trip can be tailored from a few hours to an overnight trip. The trip can also be conducted in English.
The trip can include, among other things:
lunch in the forest, for example salmon soup
escape game, playful team games
stick buns, soot-pan coffee
Hiking equipment can be rented for overnight trips
Location: A forest trip can be organized, for example, at the Aurinkovuori or Pasolanvuori porch in Asikkala or in the Evo forests by the lake scenery.

A weekend kayaking cource
The weekend includes kayaking, studying the content of the Canoe 1 course, and spending the night on the island. At the same time, we will hone our wilderness skills and knowledge of the secrets of hiking. The course is a great opportunity to practice the basics of kayaking. At the same time, you will get to spend the night in the lap of nature in safe company. The guides on the trip are a kayaking instructor and a kayaking and nature guide.

Events
Asikkala Outdoor has previously organized, among other things, the Overnight in the Forest trips during the Unelmieen Sports Days, where people have been able to gather around a campfire to bake a bun and spend the night in the lap of nature.

Kayaking trips are carried out with the safety first principle. Weather conditions may prevent the safe implementation of the trip.
If the customer cancels the trip, the cancellation must be made in writing to the address: asikkalaoutdoor@gmail.com.
